The technical characteristics
1.Tension control:
Through programmable logic controller(PLC), touch screen and high precision converter special for tension, rotary encoder, proximity switch and tension sensor signal, it can achieve closed-loop tension control, reducing breaks in production process and increasing productivity and yield.
2.The machine control system:
Application of programmable logic controller(PLC), touch screen and high performance digital frequency converter constitute the machine stable control of running speed and the division tension; simple operation, high automation degree, all the parameters have been set in the best state in factory; only to input the speed, tension and other data, the machine can achieve dynamically synchronous and automatic control.
3.The unwinding device
Unwinding unit consists of stand, pneumatic shaft and tension sensor, tension controller(FESTO or SMC), pneumatic brakes and these also constitutes tension automatic control system.
It consists of a duplex-reel paper stand and a paper splicer, the stand Includes rack, swing arm, rotating worm gear box, safety chucks, air shaft, brake and paper guide rolls. The splicer includes arm, pressing roll, paper cutting knife and guide roll
